Amanda Ferlita joined Newmark in 2024 and currently serves as an Associate in the firm’s Minneapolis office. Ferlita teams with Senior Managing Directors Steve Shepherd and Matt Elder to provide strategic Landlord representation services to clients throughout the Twin Cities area.
Ferlita is a recent graduate from the University of St. Thomas where she was a member of the Real Estate Society and Women in Business. Prior to joining Newmark, she interned at Dakota County as a Real Estate Appraiser and Christianson & Company providing assistance to the commercial real estate team.
